If SKINNA is not right for your skin, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price of your product. The terms below set out who qualifies and how to claim.

What qualifies for a refund

Your request is eligible when all of the following are true:

• You request the refund within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Your order falls inside the 30-day window — this is measured strictly from delivery, not from purchase.

You do not need to send anything back — returns are not required, and we do not accept physical returns. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

What is not eligible

The following cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

• Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has ended.
• Orders that were already processed or fulfilled once the 30-day window had passed.
• Any request that falls outside the terms described on this page.
• Subscription renewals or recurring charges billed after the 30-day window.

Subscriptions

Some SKINNA products can be purchased as a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. By placing a subscription order you agree to this auto-renewal and to the terms below.

• Billing. Your payment method is charged every 30 days, or at the delivery cadence you choose, until the subscription is cancelled.
• Your responsibility. It is up to you to manage, change, or cancel your subscription before it renews. A renewal that bills after the 30-day window is not grounds for a refund.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time. To avoid the next charge, cancel by the last day of your billing period — through your customer portal or by emailing support@skinna.shop. Cancellations take effect on the last day of the billing period.
• Billing details. Please keep your billing information current and accurate (billing address, card number, expiry), and let us know promptly if your card is cancelled or expires. You can update these in the customer portal.
